Eagley Band is delighted to announce the appointment of Alan Widdop as our new Musical Director. Alan brings a wealth of experience as a performer, conductor and adjudicator, with an outstanding brass band pedigree that includes Black Dyke, James Shepherd Versatile Brass, Marsden Band, Uppermill, Diggle, Whitworth Vale & Healey, Lindley Band and most recently, Farnworth & Walkden Band.

Building on the success of Eagley Band’s 175th anniversary celebrations, we are looking forward to an exciting new chapter under Alan’s leadership, both on the concert stage and in the contest arena.
