On Saturday July 1st at 7.30pm, Bolton’s Eagley Band (Conductor Chris Wormald) will be giving a unique concert in the town thanks to huge, state of the art, video screen technology at the ultra modern Bridge Church, where the concert is to take place.

Not only will the Eagley ‘Hollywood Movies’ concert feature iconic music from multiple Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, Back To The Future and Batman films, plus The Great Escape, The Godfather, Brassed Off and many more (and all for the band’s usual ticket price of just £5.00, complete with free parking at the venue), thanks to the newly installed ‘video wall’ which stretches the full height and full width of the entire stage, there will be over 600 high definition colour photographs of the band and its choir shown as a fast-paced slideshow featuring Eagley musicians and singers in concert, contest, competition, festival, abroad on tour, back stage, behind the scenes, formally, informally, fund raising and provide a unique insight into Eagley Band, its players, community band and community choir.

The huge ‘video wall’ slideshow of digital photographs will be accompanied by recorded music from Eagley’s World of Brass CDs and begin at 7pm, half an hour before the concert commences, continue throughout the interval and will also appear at certain times during both halves of the concert to provide the 400-strong, tiered-seat audience with a spectacular, audio visual experience as the band plays and choir sings ‘live.’

Bridge Church is situated in Bradford Street, just opposite RRG Toyota. All proceeds from the concert will go to the Eagley Band non-profit registered charity, No.1181741.
