Less than a week after winning our First Prize in the First Section of the 2022 Blackburn & Darwen March and Hymn Tune Contest, we held our first band meal of the new season at the Italian restaurant Casa Nostra in Westhoughton on Saturday 1st October.

As always at our band meals, it was great to see so many players and partners away from the confines of the bandroom on rehearsal nights able to make it to the meal. The food was excellent, the stories and laughter plentiful and a great night was had by everyone able to attend.
